Maybe I shouldn't post this yet, but I am pretty proud so I am doing it anyway! lol Here is a picture I merged together. Kevin took the picture on the left of Tye and I on my birthday at the beach 12/13/07. Yes I am in a swimsuit, but I don't care. I love to swim! This was pretty close to the start of my weight loss journey. The second part of that photo is one that Kevin took while we were at the beach in Fort Myers on 5/26/08. So just over 6 months later and a little over 30 pounds lost! Hopefully by my next birthday I can be at least double that! As of to date, I have lost just over 40 pounds.
Kevin has lost around 35 pounds since we started our journey. We have made lots of changes and started making wiser decisions. We look forward to what the next 6 months bring us!

Ok so I cheated & found your blog from your facebook! Way to go on the weightloss I am proud of you! I know I have played the weight gain/loss roller coaster FOREVER now & I am sick of it... I am soo glad to have found you- I have thought about you alot over the years. How is your family? How is Gary & Bonnie etc??
