Chess from the eyes of a 4 year old

Many of you know Kevin LOVES chess. So of course he has to teach Tye the correct names and ways that the pieces move and where they sit. They go over it and over it and over it. lol One day I was on the computer and they were sitting there going over the pieces. Kevin asks Tye, "what is this piece?" To which he responds, "a knight." I then pipe in and say, "a night? like honkshoo, honkshoo?" (the sound you make when you pretend sleep...lol...sorry don't know how to spell it! lol) Tye looks at Kevin and he shakes his head and says, "no like Knight in shining armor". Tye looked at him quizzically and he had to show him a Knight in shining armor (we had a picture on a sword he got in church one day). So anyway, they continue going over the pieces and a couple of minutes later they get back to the knight and Kevin asks "what is this piece?" And Tye says, "KNIGHT!" To which I again say, "a night? like honkshoo, honkshoo?" Tye answers this time and says, "no, like knight in shining ARM", pointing to his arm!! ROFL!!! I cracked up!! It still makes me crack up! So don't forget ladies, we want a knight in shining arm to come and sweep us off our feet!! Cause you know, we can't have the whole suit, just the arm shining!!! ROFL!!

Oh and so you know these pictures were not taken on the day this story happened. This incident happened several months ago, but I am just now blogging about it. I figured I better start writing down his funny things before we forget them or they don't get written anywhere. The pictures were taken on Monday evening.
