So here is my report for this week:
1. Exercise at least 5 days a week 30 minutes each day (Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat)--On Monday I did BL2 High Intensity 2x (30 mins), Wednesday I did Walk Away the Pounds 2 mile (35 mins), Thursday I did kickboxing (but only for 20 minutes), however, later that day we went for a walk as a family one time around our block...about 15 mins, Friday I did BL2 High Intensity 2x again (30 mins), Saturday I a prevention magazine DVD with Cardio Sculpt (which includes weights/strength training) and Kickboxing (30 mins total). So I accomplished this goal entirely this week!!!
2. Strength train 3x a week (Tues, Thurs, Sat)--I am proud to say I did Strength training each of the days I said, BUT I didn't always do my full routine but I don't feel bad about that because one of the days I did new things that I don't normally do because they were part of a video.
3. Log all my exercise and strength training in SarkPeople.--DONE I had to update some of it today, but I did log it for this whole week.
4. Log all food in SparkPeople at least 6 times a week--I did MUCH better this time! I logged EVERYTHING everyday except Sunday.
5. Blog my updates/results at least once a week--Again doing it right now!
6. Get in bed by 11pm each night--Well let's see, Sunday night, Thursday night and Friday night I got in bed at 11:01 or 11:02 so I was pretty close. Monday and Tuesday night I was in bed by 10 or 10:30 because I had to work the next day. Wednesday, I wasn't even close, I don't think I got to bed until almost midnight. Oh well, there is always next week!
7. Complete at least 25 scrapbook pages I want to finally finish February 2007, I keep saying this and then I don't do it, I get sidetracked with other pages for more recent stuff. I also want to catch up completely on my weight loss album (I think I need to work on November-March) and my family month in review album (I think I have Sept-Feb to complete! YIKES!). Guess I really better get my bootie in gear!--This week I completed 6 pages. Which brings my total for the month to 15. Only 10 pages to go and I have two and half weeks to complete them!! As I stated last week I had already caught caught up my weight loss album and also Kevin's weight loss album. I also had completed 1 page of my Feb 2007 album. This week I completed another 3 pages. I think I only have 2 LOs left to be done with Feb 2007!!! I sitll have not worked on my family month in review album. So I need to try to work on that this week, but I would rather get Feb 2007 completed first. So we'll see what I can get done!
8. Make the quilts for my niece and nephew (I have done one for each of the new niece or nephew for their first Christmas, well since we aren't doing gifts to each person this year, I slacked and didn't get them done. I need to get them done this month.)--Still didn't start, still have 3 left to make.
9. Make pillowcases for all the holidays we are missing for DH and I and make a whole set for DS--I am very proud of myself!! I got 4 pillowcases done this week (I found 2 that had already been cut out from when I made them before, so I used those to make 2 of them.) The other 2 I made completely from start to finish. Please look at my scrapbooking blog for pictures and some additional comments.
10. Catch up on all my blog posts on here. As you know if you read my blog, that I am still in December!!! Lol--I have done a couple. I am up to Christmas eve I think! woohoo! lol Good thing I have until the end of the month to finish catching up and January didn't have that many things happen! lol
11. Last thing is to get our taxes done. That will be a huge relief especially with DH being without a job.--YIPEE They are done and we got our return money this Friday! I bought the tickets for our vacations this summer. Now to keep our eyes out for a deal on the type of laptop we want!
I am pretty proud of what I got done this week. I hope to do as well this week! I saw in the ads that Joanns has some of their flannel fabric and some holiday fabrics on sale. So I think I will try to head over there on Thursday to see if I can find some for the kids quilts and if there are any holiday fabrics we need to complete our set. I need to go through my other tub of fabric and see what I have first. So my goal for this week is to complete at least 5 pillowcases. And to decide on what I am going to use for each quilt. My other goal is to complete at least 5 scrapbook pages and finish scrapping Feb 2007.
