DDR 03/15/09

I admit, I am a little addicted to DDR (Dance, Dance Revolution). It has an option to choose a workout so I love using that for my exercise some days. Makes it not feel like exercise, but just fun! Of course, because Mommy does it, Tye wants to also. He can't figure it out yet, so Kevin helps him (hahaha, Kevin gets in the exercise without realizing it too! lol). It cracks me up when they do it. Here is a video because pictures just CANNOT describe it! lol
