Every year we like to go to Christmas Lane and see Santa and the lights and the decorations. There is a guy who has a large farm or something and every year they put up millions of lights, decorations, toys, etc. It is lovely. Here is our experience this past year.
This is the lighted sign showing the way!

When we first arrived Kevin got in line to wait for Santa (he was due in about 30 minutes, but we knew Tye would not want to stand in the line that long). So we left Kevin there to wait and I took Tye over to do his favorite thing there.......RIDE THE TRAIN!!! (He went a total of probably 5 times! lol Luckily there weren't many people there when we first went so they let him ride again and again even though the sign said each child only gets 1 ride. Later in the evening when it got busy they did enforce the rule.) So here is a nice picture of his back on the train ride...got the other people with him to look at me, but not him! lol

Tye posing by the gingerbread people! Aren't they cute?!

More decorations! LOTS of them!

HERE'S SANTA!!!!! YAY!!!!!!

The decorations in the Santa tent. And the line waiting to see Santa.

Tye and Santa

There was a telescope in Santa's tent and Tye thought it was really cool. I wondered what the heck he was looking at that was so cool.

So I had to check it out myself! And this is what I found!!

Train ride #2 or 3, not sure as I didn't take pictures every time he rode!

"Let's ride again Daddy!"

The house all decorated!

Some guys singing Christmas songs. They had all different groups performing.

Then we ran into our friends the Claytons! Tye and Noah are really good buddies. So off to the train we went again!

Not the best photo since I had to take it on the night setting, but then it makes it blurry. But either way the boys loved their train ride!

We asked Amanda to take our picture in front of the HUGE Christmas tree! It was hard, but she got it in! :-) (I guess I need to clean my lens because there are all sorts of floaties on it...guess I should have cleaned it up a bit in photoshop huh?! lol Oh well, I will when I scrapbook it!)

They boys longing to go on the train again. They watched it for a good 15 minutes go around and around. The adults were bored before the boys were!!

This is Noah's little sister, Emma. Isn't she a doll? She would not smile worth anything! hehehe. This is as close as I got to a full smile!

We had a great night, and as we were getting ready to leave Noah heard someone say something about going to McDonald's after and he wanted to go too! lol I don't think he got his wish and I am certainly glad Tye didn't hear that comment or Noah's or else he would have begged to go too! It was a really nice evening and we had a lot of fun! Can't wait to go again next year!
