Out to Dinner Winners 4/23/10

So there is a small group of us that all used to work together in the credit card department. 5 of us to be exact, that started going out to dinner every couple of months or so. We would always invite the entire department, but almost every time only the 4 of us would show up. We like trying new restaurants too. In the past we have gone to Carrabbas (a couple of times), LeeRoy Selmons, Bonefish, Cheddars, and Cheesecake Factory (twice). After awhile we quite inviting everyone and ended up just going with the same 5 people and we called it "Out to Dinner Winners". Mostly cause it rhymed, but we were winners since we were the only ones that ever showed up! lol Well this time I wanted to go to the new Kobe's Japanese Steakhouse. So we made all the plans, and this time extended the invitation to the entire department since we had a ton of new people, several people said yes! So I finally got the count two days before we were going to go but when I called to make the reservation they told me the earliest reservation would be 8:30pm. :-( Not good when several of us had young kids. So we changed and went to Cheddars instead.

I got there around 6:15 and got our name on the waiting list. There was a waterfall out front and Tye kept wanting to play by it. Thank heavens he never fell in, what a mess that would have been! lol

Nora's daughter had the hots for Tye. lol Nora kept asking her if she thought he was cute in spanish and she kept nodding her head! lol

The two of them playing together. They were really getting bored while we were all finishing up, so the kids decided to make their own fun! lol

It was a lot of fun! We had a GREAT turn out and I think everyone enjoyed it. Next time we are DEFINITELY going to Kobe's! lol We have not set a date yet though. But it should be fun!
